7. Right to Cancel and Returns

Eligible customers purchasing online may have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

For change-of-mind returns, customers must contact us before returning a product.

Where applicable, products must remain unused, unopened and in their original condition, with any protective or hygiene seal intact.

Where a sealed product is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel may not apply once the seal has been broken after delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding products that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described.

8. Optional Monthly Subscriptions

Certain products may be available as either a one-time purchase or an optional recurring subscription.

A subscription is not automatically applied to a one-time purchase. The customer must select the recurring purchase option during the ordering process.

When you select a subscription option at checkout, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis according to the product quantity and subscription option you have selected.

The recurring nature of the purchase and applicable price will be presented during the purchase process before the order is completed.

Subscription charges will continue until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

9. Cancelling a Subscription

Customers may request cancellation of their subscription to prevent future recurring orders.

Cancellation should be requested before the next subscription order has been processed.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched.
